ACTIVITY MORNINGS
These work mornings restart in September and take place between 10am and 12.30pm with a break for tea/coffee and biscuits. Please make a note in your diaries of the following dates
Sunday September 15th
Saturday October 19th
Saturday November 16th
Sunday December 15th
We need a good turnout to carry out the work programme to ensure the glades remain clear, fences are in good order and the ditches are clear. We will also be renovating and reinstalling bird boxes.

WALKS
The next activity is the evening Bat walk on Friday September 13th. You have already been advised about this walk by Bruce Mackay. We will meet at the Memorial Gate at the top of Temple Fortune Hill at 6.30pm for a glass of wine and then our bat expert, Cindy Blaney, will lead the walk through Big Wood starting at about 7pm.
Please do register for this evening walk by contacting either Bruce Mackay or Peter Falk (peter.falk@dsl.pipex.com, Brucemackay47@gmail.com ) in advance as numbers will be limited.
We are also trying to organise a tree identification walk before the leaves drop.contact

TALKS AND AGM
We are planning to hold another evening meeting in Oct/Nov with a talk about butterflies. We will combine this talk with our AGM.
We will advise you all of the date when it is fixed.
